Hours: 9am-5pm 35 hours a week
Responsibilities of the PA – Corporate & Banking
Type, compile and produce reports and presentations
Undertake projects or tasks
Take minutes at meetings and track actions
Diary management
Undertake a range of complex technical administrative duties
Collate and file expenses/mileage claims
Administrative support for the team
Requirements for a successful PA – Corporate & Banking
Excellent organisational and time management skills
IT literate and proficient with MS Office
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
