How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Project Manager will take a key role in delivering commercial projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Directors, and multidisciplinary teams. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

    The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, procurement, consultant coordination, contract administration, risk management, project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management throughout the project lifecycle.

The Project Manager will chair project meetings, monitor project performance, manage project risks, and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
    Strong commercial project experience
Experience delivering office, fit out, refurbishment, landlord, or occupier projects
A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a similar construction-related discipline
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards a relevant professional qualification
Good knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial project delivery
Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
A proactive and commercially focused approach

    In Return?

    £50,000 - £60,000
    Annual bonus
    Pension contribution
    Private healthcare
    Professional membership fees paid
APC and ongoing professional development support
    Exposure to high-profile commercial projects
    Clear career progression opportunities
    Supportive and collaborative team environment
