Support Worker
Location: Barnard Castle
Salary: £22,932 per annum pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: 25 hours per week

We are looking for friendly, caring and enthusiastic people to join our team of Support Workers.
About Us:
Oaklea’s Supported Living properties in Barnard Castle, provide care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.

The Role:
You will be required to work closely with a small team. You must be confident in communicating with people who may who may have challenges communicating with you.
Working hours will include days, nights, sleep shifts and weekends – examples of support sessions are: (8am – 10.00pm/ 8.00am-3.00pm/ 3.00pm – 10.00pm/ 10pm – 8.00am)
