Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all audits are carried out to the highest of standards and fully compliant.
Practise maximum integrity in all dealings with service users’ personal and financial affairs to build and maintain trust
Effectively manage staff through coaching, mentorship and development to inspire, motivate and lead the team, dealing effectively with performance issues when they arise. Maintaining staff supervisions.
Maintain control of the budgetary spend through regular monitoring
Passionately and effectively manage relationships with service users, their families, and people within the local community and with professional colleagues.
Maintain or increase occupancyRequirements
Essential:
Exceptional Knowledge in the Elderly Healthcare Sector with over 1 years’ experience in Home Manager role
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver improvements, and sustain compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Longevity and stability in previous management roles.
Trustworthy, warm management style.
Proven experience in improving or maintaining CQC Rating.
Proven experience leading CQC InspectionDesirable:
Passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
NVQ 5 or equivalent – completed or enrolled.
