Shift Pattern
6:00am–2:00pm and 1:00pm–9:00pm on a rotational basis
Must be flexible and available to work both shifts
Saturday shift twice per month, paid at overtime
We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Services Coordinator to join our clients established international courier company.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage drivers throughout daily operations
* Liaise with customer service teams and provide excellent customer service
* Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries
* Use Verizon tracking systems to monitor vehicles and driver activity
* Manage operational issues including delays, breakdowns and rescheduling
* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
* Support driver management and ensure compliance with company procedures
* Coordinate with UK stations and international partners
* Undertake ad-hoc driving duties when required
About You
* Experience in transport, logistics or operations preferred.
* Good geographical knowledge of the UK
* Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
* Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent Excel skills
* Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
* Full UK driving licence required
* Flexible, reliable and proactive
* French speaking is an advantage
