The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with residents, addressing queries, and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum while works are carried out.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team.

Provide clear communication regarding ongoing works, schedules, and potential disruptions.
*
Carry out resident visits and maintain strong relationships across multiple sites.
*
Handle resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
*
Provide regular updates to the project team and maintain accurate records of resident communications.
*
Support the site and office teams to ensure works are delivered smoothly.
Requirements:
*
Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or in a similar customer-facing role within construction or social housing.
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) – travel between sites required 4 days per week, with 1 day based in the office.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
