Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

Taking ownership of a high volume of purchase invoices - keeping everything running smoothly and accurately

Matching, batching, and coding invoices with precision

Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies

Assisting with payment runs

Building strong relationships by handling supplier queries efficiently

Supporting the wider finance team with a variety of tasks

What We're Looking For

A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

Previous accounts payable experience is a bonus, not a must

Exposure to Sage is advantageous but not essential
