Exciting Estimator opportunity for a Construction Specialist in a brand new team focusing on Specialist international projects with clear progression into Leadership

This Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team pricing construction enquiries. You'll work closely with project staff in a collaborative environment, building responsibility, influence, and fast progression opportunities.

The Role

Produce take-offs and quotations from drawings and specifications
Manage pricing enquiries, variations, and scope clarification
Liaise with contractors and internal project teams
Prepare handover packs for delivery teams
Maintain accurate estimating pipeline and pricing recordsAbout You

Experience as an Estimator or Construction Estimator / Design Engineer
Confident reading construction drawings
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced office Why This Role
