The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Support children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Help pupils develop confidence, independence and key learning skills.
Support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from people who have:
Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
A positive, patient and caring approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
