Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, referrals, and networking activities.
* Screen CVs and applications against vacancy requirements.
* Conduct initial candidate interviews and telephone screenings.
* Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
* Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
* Arrange interviews and coordinate communication where required.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
* Monitor market trends and provide candidate availability and salary insights.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
Skills and Experience
Essential
* Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and have good IT skills.
* Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
