The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to support the day‑to‑day administration of a busy fleet operation. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail‑oriented, and confident working in an office-based environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring fleet records are accurate and up to date, while supporting compliance, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and updating fleet records and documentation
* Assisting with vehicle compliance, servicing, MOTs, and inspections
* Processing paperwork, reports, and data entry accurately
* Liaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
* Managing bookings, schedules, and fleet administration tasks
* Handling general office and administrative duties
* Ensuring all records meet company and regulatory requirements
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role (fleet or transport experience beneficial but not essential)
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
