Your responsibilities:
Plan engaging activities based on children's individual interests and development
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning through play
Support children's learning using the EYFS framework
Complete observations and assessments to track development
Promote children's health, safety and wellbeing
Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues
Help create a fun, nurturing and inspiring learning environment
We're looking for someone with:
Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or above)
A genuine passion for working with children
Good knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
