Property Manager
* Basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8.30am to 4.00pm with then a full day off in lieu (5 day working week).
* You should be working within Residential Property Management.
* Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a property portfolio.

* Managing maintenance issues reporting back to both the landlord and tenant.
* Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion.
* Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary.
* Authorise invoices and utility bills.
* Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence.
* Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns.
* Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able.
* Referral of sales leads.
Property Manager
* A problem solver and someone who can diagnose basic repairs so as not to waste time.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Good listening and communication skills.
* Ability to problem solve and diffuse situations.
* Professional approach to customer service.
* Strong time management skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Teams.
* Can-do attitude.
