The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
An excellent opportunity for a ER Advisor to take ownership of complex employee relations matters across a multi-site organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll provide practical ER advice and coach managers across all levels of the business.

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating across multiple sites in a fast-paced, operational environment. Due to continued growth and restructuring, they are looking to strengthen their HR team with an experienced ER Advisor.
Description
Offer professional advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Assist managers in handling performance management and absence management cases.
Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Provide training and coaching to managers on HR policies and employee relations topics.
Collaborate with other HR team members on initiatives and projects.
Support organisational change and restructuring where required
Work across multiple sites and build strong relationships with operational teams
Analyse employee relations trends and recommend improvements.
Work closely with the HR Director on wider people matters
Profile
A successful ER Advisor should have:
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong experience in an ER-focused HR Advisor or Senior ER role.
Practical, commercially minded and solutions-focused.
Experience handling employee relations cases from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
TUPE experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Experience within logistics, transport, aviation, manufacturing, facilities, hospitality, healthcare or a similar sector would be advantageous.
Job Offer
Salary: Up to £45,000

Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
