Key Responsibilities:
As our Project Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, including:
Supporting project managers in coordinating tasks and resources.
Maintaining project documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping. 📑
Scheduling meetings and managing project timelines to keep everything on track.
Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers. 🗣️
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Handling correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and cheerfulness. 😊
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in project administration or a related field (construction experience is a plus but not essential!).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and previous CRM experience.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 🤝

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with all 5 days being in the office. 4 days will be at WGC site and 1 day in London. The cost of the travel to London can be expensed.
