Non-Negotiable Requirements of the SHE Manager
Previous SHE, HSE or EHS Management experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
Experience leading audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
Requirements for the SHE Manager
Previous experience working as a SHE Manager within the UK.
Experience managing environmental compliance, permits and sustainability programmes.
Knowledge of process safety management and operational risk assessments.
Experience leading behavioural safety programmes and driving positive safety culture.
Ability to analyse SHE performance data and implement effective improvement plans.
