The work is broad and practical, covering PCB design and review, DFM/DFA/DFT, test and calibration strategies, and hands‑on support during builds and fault‑finding. You’ll work closely with software and mechanical engineers, contributing across the full NPI lifecycle rather than owning a narrow slice of electronics.

Required experience
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in electronic engineering
Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium
DFM, DFA and DFT principles
Hands‑on experience with PCB bring‑up, fault‑finding and rework
Comfortable working with test equipment (scopes, meters, power supplies)
Electronics Engineer – desirable skills
Experience supporting products through NPI and into manufacture
Microcontrollers, analogue circuits, power electronics
Automated test equipment or production test environments
Exposure to regulated or quality‑driven environments (ISO, defence, etc.)
Salary: £45–60k plus benefits
