The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and challenge all learners
Set high expectations to support pupils in achieving their full potential
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all children, including SEND and EAL pupils
Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to drive outcomes
Contribute positively to the wider life of the schoolTeachers are expected to plan and deliver well-structured lessons, assess progress, and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Holds (or is working towards) QTS and has strong primary curriculum knowledge
Has high expectations and a genuine passion for teaching
Is creative, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
Works well as part of a team and builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
