Eden Court is exceptional. Located in the heart of Battersea, it offers 28 luxury apartments alongside a 71-bed care home. This is an age-exclusive development like no other.

We’re growing our team and are looking for an ambitious, relationship-focused salesperson to join us.

This is a sales role with a difference.

You’ll support individuals and families as they navigate one of life’s most important, and often emotional, decisions, providing guidance, reassurance and support when it matters most.

Working alongside our existing Home Admissions Advisor and the wider leadership team, you’ll play a key role in driving occupancy, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the continued success of Eden Court.

You’ll be a visible ambassador for Eden Court, building relationships across the local community, developing professional networks and ensuring every prospect receives an outstanding experience from their first enquiry through to moving in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building strong relationships with prospective residents, families and professional referrers.
Managing enquiries and guiding families through the decision-making journey.
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up of all opportunities.
Identifying new business development opportunities within the local community.
Supporting events, exhibitions and marketing activities to promote the home.
Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key local influencers.
Working closely with the General Manager and wider team to achieve and exceed occupancy targets.
Delivering a first-class customer experience that reflects the values of Cinnamon Care Collection.
Helping to maintain a positive local presence through social media and selected online portals, with support from the wider marketing teamAbout You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, emotionally intelligent and enjoys building long-term relationships.

You’ll be:
