Kitchen Manager

£19-£21 (negotiable) per hour, HG2, 3 or 4 days over 7, shifts between (Apply online only), opportunity for flexible working, 28 days holiday, Temporary / Relief position

Following a period of sustained growth I am looking for an interim Kitchen Manager to support an existing catering team for 2-3 months.

During this time you will be primarily office based using your food safety management experience to:

maintain kitchen records, improving efficiency where possible
take part in training delivery alongside other managers
oversee two kitchen outlets
effectively plan resourcing through analysis of trend history
improve GP through menu revisions, stock control and wastage reduction
review standard operating procedures including HACCP systems
mentor and motivate a loyal team of Chefs, KPs ad FOH staff
work closely with a supportive senior management team

As the successful kitchen manager you will be able to draw on your knowledge of food safety, stock control and staff management skills.

This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked as a catering manager, kitchen manager, food production manager or executive Chef.
