You will join a supportive and experienced team, working on a varied caseload of quality private client matters. You will have the opportunity to manage your own clients, build strong relationships and further develop your technical expertise in a friendly and collaborative environment.
The role will involve:
* Drafting wills and providing estate planning advice
* Probate and estate administration
* Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection matters
* Trust creation and administration
* Managing your own caseload and developing strong client relationships
* Providing a high level of client care across often complex and sensitive matters
About You:
* A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client
* Experience across wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and ideally trusts or Court of Protection
* Ideally 2 to 5 years PQE, although applications from more Senior Solicitors are welcomed
* Someone who enjoys working directly with clients and managing their own caseload
* A personable and approachable Solicitor with strong attention to detail
* Someone looking for a long term opportunity where they can continue to develop and progress
