HSE Supervisor – Hinkley Point
HSE Supervisor required for a major infrastructure project at Hinkley Point. This HSE Supervisor role offers the opportunity to work within a highly technical environment supporting large-scale civils and engineering delivery. The successful Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining safe operations across site activities. This HSE Supervisor position is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience looking to develop within a complex project setting. As an HSE Supervisor, you will be embedded within site teams, ensuring compliance and best practice at all times.

About the Role
* Support the delivery of health, safety, and environmental practices across site
* Assist in preparing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements
* Monitor compliance with HSE procedures and legal requirements
* Carry out site inspections and audits, ensuring standards are maintained
* Support incident reporting and investigations, identifying root causes
* Work closely with site teams to promote safe systems of work
* Ensure accurate HSE documentation and records are maintained
* Assist in coordinating safety activities across multiple disciplines
* Provide guidance to site personnel on HSE best practice
* Escalate risks and non-compliance where necessary
Working Pattern
This role operates on a 10 days on, 4 days off shift pattern. This arrangement is fixed and non-negotiable due to project timelines.
