We're excited to be recruiting exclusively, for this brand new position as a Part time Administrator working for a professional Accountancy firm near Ashford. You'll be working as part of a team of 4 who are hard working, client facing and they're also great fun with a positive energy. Your new office would be in a period style building, with parking immediately outside, and you'd be the main admin support to help this business operate smoothly and continue to be successful.

Job Title: Part time Accountancy Administrator * Please note XERO experience is essential for this role

Location: Near Ashford, Kent. This position is office based and your own transport is essential due to the location of the business.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 FTE

Hours: 3 days a week, our client is flexible which days you work, 8am - 4pm, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm

Benefits: 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays, free parking

As the Accountancy Administrator your key duties would be:

Diary management for the Director
Providing companies house updates
Supporting with payroll input
Updating the VAT return spreadsheet
Updating client lists on Excel
Using XERO daily
Sending e-mail client reminders
Meeting and greeting clients to the office
Answering the telephone
Ordering stationary
Filing
Photocopying
Tidying the office

You'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:

Previous experience working in an Accountancy practice is essential
Office Administration experience
Experience of XERO is essential
Excellent computer skills, including enjoying multiple systems and updating Excel
The enthusiasm to suggest improvements in processes
Great attention to detail skills
Flexibility and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
