Chartered Building Surveyor opportunity in London for an MRICS qualified professional seeking broader technical responsibility within a commercial consultancy environment. This is a Permanent full-time role with hybrid working and a salary of £50,000–£60,000 plus package and bonus potential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients
- Undertake condition surveys, technical reporting and contract administration
- Prepare technical advice and survey documentation
- Support client relationship management and fee proposal activity
- Manage multiple instructions independently
Requirements
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- Relevant degree qualification
- Consultancy-based Building Surveying experience
- Experience across professional surveying instructions
- Strong commercial awareness
