This role is ideal if you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same. You’ll support both recruitment and workforce planning – and we’ll provide full training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate candidate placements and client bookings
*
Manage and update the recruitment database
*
Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams
*
Assist with workforce planning to ensure shift cover
*
Handle emails, schedules, and client correspondence
Requirements
*
Excellent organisational and people skills
*
Confident multitasking under pressure (especially at busy times like Easter, Summer & Christmas)
*
Flexible to work late shifts (2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm), night shifts (10pm–6am / 11pm–7am), weekends, and Bank Holidays, first few weeks of training working hours will be 9am- 5pm
