Key Responsibilities:
As the Risk and Compliance Officer, your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the organisation's reputation and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining risk management frameworks and compliance policies.
Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation's.
Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, ensuring the organisation operates within legal parameters.
Providing training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
Collaborating with various departments to promote best practises in risk management and compliance.
Preparing reports for senior management and the board on compliance status and risk exposure.
