Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the organisation's financial strategy, planning and performance management.
* Deliver budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities.
* Provide strategic financial insight to support business decision-making and growth.
* Drive profitability through commercial analysis, financial modelling and performance improvement initiatives.
* Oversee cash flow, working capital and financial risk management.
* Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance frameworks are maintained.
* Develop meaningful KPI reporting and management information to support operational performance.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Significant senior finance leadership experience.
* Power BI or similar reporting tools
* Multi-site business experience
* Strong commercial finance, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
* Proven experience managing cash flow, financial controls and business performance.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Advanced financial analysis and modelling capability.
