The ideal candidate will have exposure to residential construction; volume is preferred but not a pre-requisite. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing region and work on a brand new scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement & Package Management: Command all procurement workflows for the their brand new development, taking full ownership of scheduling, negotiating, and managing the end-to-end buying process for the site.
* Supply Chain & Subcontractor Operations: Coordinate subcontract packages across the South Coast, Thames Valley, and South Midlands regions, ensuring commercial alignment, accurate forecasting, and rigorous cost control.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Head of Commercial, site teams, and the wider commercial department to ensure seamless procurement progression from pre-construction to final project handover.
Cost & Materials Control: Oversee material ordering schedules, material pricing, and logistics to protect project margins, mitigate cost inflation, and drive financial efficiency across all live developments.
