Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing distribution centre within an international organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and approachable leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is passionate about driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre, including resource planning, holiday cover, and operational compliance.
Implement and maintain effective End of Day and Shift Handover reporting structures.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Develop, monitor, and improve reporting structures covering key DC performance indicators.
Review training levels regularly to enhance workforce skills and overall productivity.
Ensure Purchase Order (PO) and Stock Transfer Order (STO) activity remains within business guidelines.
Support the wider team, including participation in EMEA meetings and calls when required.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Support and embed Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools, 5S, and basic problem-solving methodologies.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment (preferred).
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong understanding of inbound and outbound logistics, including post-Brexit compliance.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP highly desirable).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Approachable, empathetic, and confident leadership style.
