Salary: £32,500 per annum
Location: South East London (assigned based on postcode coverage)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Restoration Technicians to deliver high-quality restoration and mitigation services across both residential and commercial client sites.
You will be part of a regional mobile response team, attending allocated jobs within a defined postcode area to ensure efficient travel, rapid response times, and consistent service delivery.
This is a field-based role, with daily travel directly to client sites.
Working Hours
Standard working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (minimum finish time applies based on job completion)
Start and finish directly at client sites
No overtime provision included within base salary
Regionalised job allocation to reduce unnecessary travel time
On-Call Requirement
Participation in a 1 in 10 week on-call rota
On-call allowance:
£30 per weekday
£50 per weekend day
On-call payment applies regardless of deployment
Estimated additional earnings: up to £250 per on-call week
Key Responsibilities
Attend client sites to assess and carry out restoration works, including water, fire, mould, and related damage
Operate restoration equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with training standards
Complete accurate and detailed job reports, documentation, and site records
Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and stakeholders where required
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and stock levels to operational standards
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Work collaboratively with Lead Technicians and wider regional teams to ensure service quality and response times
