The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Our client is a leading main contractor operating within the Transmission & Distribution sector, delivering major infrastructure projects across Scotland and the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Risk Manager to support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.
The Role
Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you will identify, assess, monitor, and report on project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project risk registers.
* Lead risk identification workshops and risk reviews.
* Analyse project data to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities.
* Produce clear risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
* Support project teams with risk mitigation and governance.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a proactive risk management culture.
About You
* Previous experience in a Risk Manager or similar role within infrastructure, utilities, or Transmission & Distribution.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
* Experience managing project risks across complex infrastructure projects.
* Knowledge of NEC contracts or major infrastructure delivery would be advantageous.
