We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Operative who will provide a responsive maintenance service on social housing properties in Cornwall.
You will be dealing with customers, making them feel at ease and providing a top trades service fixing repairs to the correct standard.
Salary when you go onto a permanent contract will be £35-37,000 per annum van and fuel card. Healthcare and 20 days holiday bank holidays.
You will start this role on a temp basis being paid through us for 12 weeks then move into a permanent on the books role direct.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
Going to various properties to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work
All aspects of maintenance work
Completing a variety of works in various trades
Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
Kitchen or bathrooms fitting desirable but not essential
Driving a company van safely
Reporting to your SupervisorMultiskilled Operative Requirements:
Good multi-trade experience

Honest and reliable
