This will be a pivotal role working with the Project Manager ensuring coordination of technical information between internal departments & the customer side team to ensure the flow of information, controlling of deadlines, managing customer expectation & contract changes/variations.
Key Responsibilities
* Review Client contract documents to understand the project requirements.
* Review and plan out project milestones working with internal teams.
* Ensure all relevant documents are available to the technical teams and the client through online portal systems.
* Plan and conduct Hand-Over and Kick-Off meetings with technical teams both internal and external to ensure project requirements are understood.
* Plan/Agree delivery schedule with customers.
Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in sub-contract building industry (or similar role).
* Strong IT Literacy with MS Excel & Project Management Tools.
* Education Level: High School Qualifications or bachelor’s degree.
* Qualification in Building Design (preferred).
* Working Knowledge of Current Scottish/UK Building regulations (preferred).
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary description
£28000.00 - £32000.00 per year
