The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a warm, welcoming, and child-centred service supporting children and young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Sensory Impairments. The home has a committed staff team and a clear vision for the future, and is seeking an exceptional leader to drive quality, occupancy, and outcomes for the children in its care.
We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record in Ofsted-regulated services. This role is ideal for someone who leads with both their head and heart; a manager who can inspire teams, drive improvements, and create an environment where children can flourish.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership and overall management of the home.
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team.
Drive service improvements and promote a positive culture.
Maintain excellent safeguarding and care practices.
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
Deliver positive outcomes for children and young people with complex needs. About You
Registered Manager experience within a Children's Residential Care setting.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection requirements.
Proven experience of improving service performance and quality standards.
Experience supporting children with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and complex needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
