Working within a finance team of approximately 20 people, you will support the Sales Receivables function and play a key role in ensuring customer accounts and invoicing processes are managed accurately and efficiently.This is a varied role combining finance administration, customer liaison and problem-solving responsibilities.Your responsibilities will include:

Raising and receipting purchase orders
Processing sales invoices and credit notes
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Investigating shortages, overages and debit note queries
Resolving ledger and account discrepancies
Supporting internal stock and equipment reconciliations
Working closely with operational departments, including dispatch
Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
Financial data entry and reporting support
General finance and administrative duties as requiredWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Credit Control or Accounts Receivable position
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentDesirable

Finance Administration experience
Credit Control experience
