Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and guests
Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence
Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stationery
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Reception, Administration, Front of House, or Office Support
A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
