How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Head of Treasury | London (Hybrid) | Salary £110,000 - £135,000 + bonus and benefits.

I'm partnering with a PE backed Fintech company on a genuinely exciting Head of Treasury hire.

You'll be the architect of a public-ready treasury function as the business prepares for a potential IPO transition, building policy, controls, and infrastructure from the ground up. For this role you will have a lot of autonomy while working with senior stakeholders across the business.

    What you'll own:

    • Own the Group treasury function, developing and implementing the overall treasury strategy.
    • Lead cash and liquidity management, ensuring sufficient funding across the Group.
    • Own short and medium-term cash flow forecasting, improving visibility of cash requirements.
    • Manage the Group's banking relationships, facilities, accounts and treasury providers.
    • Oversee FX and foreign currency exposure, developing appropriate hedging strategies.
    • Manage debt facilities, refinancing and funding requirements, working closely with lenders and advisers.
    • Develop and maintain treasury policies, controls and governance frameworks.
    • Optimise cash balances and working capital, including cash pooling and intercompany funding.
    • Support M&A, acquisitions and strategic projects, providing treasury analysis and transaction support.
    • Provide regular treasury reporting and analysis to the CFO, Board and senior leadership team.
    • Drive treasury transformation, including automation, systems implementation and process improvements.
    • Manage key financial risks, including liquidity, FX, interest rate and counterparty exposure.
    • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, banking requirements and relevant regulations.
    • Lead and develop the treasury team, building a scalable function to support continued growth.

    What they're looking for:

    • 5–7+ years in corporate treasury
    • Strong experience in treasury, cash management and liquidity within a high-growth or complex organisation.
    • Proven experience managing banking relationships, debt facilities and funding.
    • Strong cash flow forecasting and financial modelling skills.
    • Experience managing FX and interest rate exposure, including hedging.
    • Strong understanding of treasury controls, governance and financial risk management.
    • Experience implementing or improving treasury systems and processes.
    • Ideally ACT qualified or equivalent treasury experience.

If you've built a treasury function through a period of growth or brought in a Treasury function then please reach out as this could be a great role for you.
