The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and developing accounts rather than simply maintaining them?
We’re looking for a Dutch Speaking Account Manager to join an established travel business, managing and developing a portfolio of clients across the UK and Netherlands.
This is a relationship-led role where you’ll work closely with clients at multiple levels, understanding their business, identifying opportunities to add value and ensuring they are getting the most from their travel solutions.
You’ll have plenty of autonomy to manage your accounts, alongside the support of wider Sales, Implementation and Client Services teams.
What will you be doing?
You’ll take ownership of your client relationships and account development, including:
* Building strong relationships with key contacts and stakeholders
* Managing Dutch-speaking clients across the UK and Netherlands
* Creating and maintaining individual account development plans
* Holding regular client review meetings, both virtually and face-to-face
* Identifying opportunities to improve service and deliver cost savings
* Understanding contracts, renewals, billing and commercial opportunities
* Using management information and reporting to identify trends and opportunities
* Keeping client information and activity up to date within the CRM
* Working closely with Sales and Implementation teams on new opportunities
* Supporting clients with technology, products and travel solutions
* Developing accounts and identifying opportunities for further growth
What are we looking for?
The key requirement is that you can communicate confidently in Dutch at native or professional level.
You’ll also ideally have:
* Account Management or customer service experience within travel or a related service-led industry
* Experience managing and developing B2B client accounts
* Experience building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
* A strong customer-focused and commercial approach
* Experience creating and working to account plans
* Confidence using CRM systems
* The ability to understand and interpret BI / MI reporting
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Previous travel industry experience would be an advantage, but we’re also interested in hearing from people from related sectors such as hospitality, aviation, hotels, events or other B2B service environments where you’ve managed and developed client relationships.
There will be regular travel involved, particularly across the UK and Netherlands, so you’ll need to be comfortable travelling to meet clients when required
