Key duties and responsibilities Employee experience and engagement
* Champion an inclusive, engaging culture.
* Lead engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
Onboarding, development and talent support
* Support hiring managers with onboarding and interviews.
* Identify development opportunities to support retention and growth.
Employee relations and advisory
* Advise managers on people matters.
* Manage employee relations cases, escalating where needed
