Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Roadfreight Operations Coordinator due to the company obtaining a new large account for a busy well-established Freight company based in the Woking area.

Role Purpose

* Accurate planning and scheduling of Roadfreight shipments

* Clear communication with customers and internal teams

* Consistent service delivery aligned to defined processes

* Daily shipment coordination

* Demo movements and returns

* Customer updates and communication

* Ensure full visibility and control across all movements

* Support planning and coordination of shipments

* Collections and deliveries

* Assist with scheduling jobs

* Create and manage bookings in internal systems

* Maintain accurate records

* Provide updates to customers on shipment status

* Coordinate with transport providers

* Support Operational Account Lead and Senior team members

* Follow defined operating procedures (SOPs)

* Provide day-to-day support to:

Working hours are Monday - Friday
