The Mission

As a New Business Sales Executive, your focus will be simple: identify, engage and win new customers. You'll build relationships with organisations that can benefit from Bytes' solutions, uncover business challenges, and connect customers with the expertise and technology that delivers meaningful outcomes. This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy and is ideal for someone who is motivated by ownership, achievement and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
What You'll Deliver
In your first 6–12 months, you'll:
* Build and develop a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Open doors with prospective customers and create relationships with key decision-makers.
* Convert customer challenges into solution-led conversations that create value.
* Work with specialist and pre-sales teams to develop compelling proposals and recommendations.
* Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to successful close.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and activity goals.
* Contribute to the continued growth of Bytes by winning new logos and expanding our customer base.
We're looking for someone with:
* At least 2 years' experience in a target-driven sales environment.
* A proven track record of generating and winning new business.
* Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
* The resilience, motivation and adaptability needed to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and stay organised.
* A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in sales.
Experience within IT, technology, software, a vendor, distributor or reseller environment would be beneficial, but it's not essential.
