Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking a QA/ QC Supervisor to join a growing healthcare manufacturing site in Trefriw, leading a small team of two direct reports while playing a pivotal role in maintaining GMP standards across production, warehousing, and laboratory operations.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for overseeing site QA/ QC activities, ensuring products, processes, and systems remain compliant with GMP requirements while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and developing a team of two QA/QC professionals.
* Managing day-to-day QA/QC activities across the site.
* Reviewing manufacturing batch records and quality documentation.
* Authorising the release of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
* Investigating customer complaints, deviations, and quality incidents, driving robust root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
* Managing the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
* Conducting GMP and GDP audits across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
* Supporting environmental monitoring, water testing, and sampling programmes.
* Delivering GMP training and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the site.
* Leading continuous improvement and quality compliance projects.
* Supporting validation activities and HACCP processes where required.
* Producing quality metrics and reports for senior management.
About You
We are interested in hearing from quality professionals who can demonstrate:
* Significant previous experience within a QA/QC role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Prior leadership experience , whether through direct management or indirect supervision.
* Strong working knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
* Experience investigating deviations, complaints, and quality incidents.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all areas of a business.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement and driving quality standards.
* The ability to prioritise effectively and manage a varied workload.
Desirable Experience
* Degree qualification in a scientific discipline.
* Experience within pharmaceuticals, food supplements, healthcare products, bottled water, or similar regulated industries.
* Knowledge of GDP, GLP, HACCP, and Quality Risk Management principles.
* Continuous Improvement training or experience leading change initiatives.
