Are you passionate about giving children the best possible start in life? A warm and welcoming early years setting in Bognor Regis is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring practitioner who can create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You will support children's development through play‑based learning, contribute to planning and observations, and work closely with families and colleagues to deliver high‑quality early years care.
Your new role
Deliver engaging activities that support learning across the EYFS
Safeguard children and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
Observe and record progress to support next‑step planning
Build positive relationships with families
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of care
Follow health and safety procedures and daily routines
What you'll need to succeed
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework
A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early years education
