Tired of working Saturdays? Looking for a workshop that offers a good work-life balance, decent money and some genuinely nice perks?
We’re recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Service Technician to join a friendly, well-established workshop in Worthing.
This is a varied role working on cars and a good amount of LCVs, so you’ll never be stuck doing the same job day in, day out.
What we’re looking for
We’re ideally looking for a technician who is confident with:
* Servicing and general mechanical repairs
* Cambelts
* Clutches
* Some diagnostic work

MOT experience would be a nice bonus, but it’s not essential.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a good team.
And the perks…
It’s not just about the salary. There are some great benefits on offer:
* Up to £45,000 basic salary
* Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
* No Saturday working
* 20 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays
* Christmas shutdown – only 3 days’ holiday needed
* Friday lunch provided!
* Christmas bonus of around £200 + a Christmas hamper
* Friends and family vehicles can be worked on
* Some dedicated parking
* Productivity bonus being looked at
If you’re a good technician who wants to work Monday to Friday, earn up to £45k and be treated well, this is definitely worth a conversation.
