Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Van & Fuel Card

We’re recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join an established housing contractor, managing a team of operatives across ongoing repairs and maintenance contracts.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supervising repairs and maintenance operatives
* Monitoring productivity, quality and contract KPIs
* Managing subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard
* Liaising with customers and resolving issues
* Completing reports, timesheets and relevant paperwork
* Attending site inspections when required
* Ensuring sites are safe and compliant
What We're Looking For:
* Experience within repairs, maintenance or construction
* Previous supervisory experience, ideally within social housing
* Knowledge of SOR codes
* Understanding of contract KPIs
* Good IT and administration skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
