Key Responsibilities:
To assist the Service and Sales department with estimates for repairs, updating customer records, and new equipment quotes.
· Taking telephone calls, processing emails and other communications
· Liaising with customers and suppliers.
· Raising invoices for completed works.
· Processing & progressing Order Numbers
· Providing Estimates, Certificates, and updated equipment status reports to customers.
· Ordering stock.
· Liaising with colleagues within the company.
·Updating our Website and eBay
Assisting with ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed
About You:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal
* Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Flexible, adaptable, and ready to pitch in as needed
* A positive, can-do attitude, always ready to represent the company with professionalism
Knowledge of the Garage Equipment business is desirable.
