The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Our client, a highly respected global organisation, is seeking an experienced Admin & Facilities Assistant to join their London office on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension.

Based full-time at the client's prestigious London office, you will provide reception, facilities and administrative support across the business, working closely with the Facilities and Services Lead to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and contractors, ensuring all security and visitor management procedures are followed.
Manage reception activities, incoming calls and general office enquiries.
Maintain visitor records, including overseas visitor logs in accordance with company requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including travel coordination, expense management, reservations and diary support.
Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality requirements, training sessions, workforce meetings and company events.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and document distribution.
Act as the primary contact for building management and maintenance providers, coordinating repair requests and facilities-related issues.
Monitor office supplies and stationery levels, placing orders as required.
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Process purchase requisitions and service confirmations through the procurement system.
Provide cover for the Facilities and Services Lead during periods of absence. .
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, facilities or reception-based role.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.
A professional and confident communication style, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A flexible, collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
Experience supporting senior stakeholders would be advantageous.
