Claims Adjuster – Professional Indemnity & Financial Lines
An international specialty MGA are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join its Financial Lines claims team.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines claims arising from the US, Canada, and Europe, handling matters from notification through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines claims across multiple jurisdictions.
- Review policy coverage and provide technical claims analysis.
- Liaise with brokers, insureds, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor reserves, litigation strategy, and claim developments.
- Work closely with underwriting teams to provide claims insight and support portfolio performance.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity claims.
- Strong policy interpretation and coverage analysis skills.
- Exposure to international claims, particularly US, Canadian, and European risks.
- Knowledge of Financial Lines products, including D&O, Financial Institutions, and Cyber, would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- ACII qualification or progress towards it.
- Experience within the London Market or international specialty insurance sector.
