Sales Coordinator

Locale: Ashford

Salary: £29,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full-time

Our client is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing enquiries and supporting business growth within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming sales enquiries and ensure prompt responses

* Pre-qualify enquiries and allocate them to the relevant teams

* Maintain accurate customer and project information

* Follow up quotations and track potential orders

* Assist with sales forecasting and reporting

* Generate and manage new business leads

* Liaise with customers to clarify requirements

* Monitor project progress and update internal systems

* Support customer satisfaction initiatives

* Assist with marketing activities and social media content

* Provide general administrative support to the commercial team

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or coordination role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach

* Experience of CRM systems would be advantageous
