Are you an organised Administrator looking for your next temporary opportunity?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy Estates and Facilities team.
Duties will include:
Providing administrative support to the Estates team
Being the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and enquiries
Managing telephone calls, emails and general office administration
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating holiday requests, uniforms and office supplies
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Assisting with compliance documentation and contractor records
Supporting the team with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasksThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous administration experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive and professional approach
